Gabby Bernstein Explains How to Write Your Future Into Reality on the 11:11 Portal

There’s something uniquely electric about the 11:11 portal—a spiritual concept, rooted in numerology, that views the number 11:11 as a “master number” and a gateway to higher consciousness and spiritual growth. The number can refer to a specific time (such as when the clock strikes 11:11) or a particular date (as in November 11th). Think of it like a cosmic “refresh” button—a moment where the universe edges just a little closer and whispers, “pay attention.”

On Dear Gabby, host Gabby Bernstein offers a grounded, step-by-step approach to channeling the 11:11 portal into actual momentum, rather than wishful thinking. It’s simple, accessible, and doesn’t require sage, moon water, or running to Sedona for crystals (unless that’s your thing—no judgment).

The 11:11 Portal is the Perfect Time to Script Your Destiny

What the 11:11 portal really means

Bernstein says the 11:11 portal is a powerful energetic checkpoint. She explains that this moment encourages you to get intentional, tune into what you want, and shift into a state where you actually feel capable of receiving it.

The 11:11 portal is “a profound time for us to really focus and attune our energy,” Bernstein says. She notes that when people gather in collective energy, “it’s that much more powerful,” and even watching the replay of her 11:11 gathering can carry energetic momentum.

In other words, you don’t have to force anything. You tune in, you align, and you let the energy meet you halfway.

The scripting method Bernstein swears by

How do you use the 11:11 portal in a way that actually shifts your life? Bernstein shares a practice called scripting—a journaling technique where you write a letter to the universe from the perspective of your future self. This technique involves writing a declaration with gratitude and certainty, as though everything you desire has already come to pass.

She encourages listeners to “write a letter to the universe” as if the manifestation has already unfolded, and to “find a quiet space” where they can reflect without interruption. Just 10–20 minutes is enough.

The real key, though, isn’t the words — it’s the feeling behind them. Bernstein reminds listeners that manifestation is about emotional energy, not mental force. The goal is to “assume the energy of what you want to manifest,” because—as she shares through her Super Attractor card pull—“feeling good will bring me far more than whatever I thought I needed.”

If you can feel the future now, the universe can meet you faster.

Bringing emotion into your intentions

A lot of manifestation talk stops at vision boards and Pinterest aesthetics. Bernstein takes it deeper. She encourages letting emotion guide the vision, or to “let the thinking ignite a feeling.”

Because when someone writes about the promotion they want, the partner they hope for, the peace they’re calling in, or the health they’re building—they’re stepping into an emotional frequency that aligns with that next chapter. And according to Bernstein, that feeling is the practice. That’s the magnet. That’s the portal.

Why collective energy matters on 11:11

One of Bernstein’s biggest messages? You don’t have to manifest alone. She emphasizes the power of community energy, saying that gathering in shared intention lifts everyone higher. She calls it “an opportunity…to focus on the fact that [you] don’t have to do it all alone and the universe is guiding [you].”

For her, tapping into the 11:11 portal is about collective vibration, shared belief, and being reminded that self-growth doesn’t mean self-isolation. Because while you can journal solo in your living room, the energy shifts when you join others who are also ready to expand.
