Executive Assistant To Chief Executive Officer


  • Support and assist the CEO on all administrative responsibilities: managing an active calendar, coordinating meeting and call logistics, arranging necessary travel, hotel accommodations and itineraries, compiling expense reports, and maintaining organization
  • Handle regular and consistent interaction with executives and talent
  • Successfully complete critical aspects of deliverables with a hands-on approach, including correspondence and other tasks that facilitate the CEO’s ability to effectively lead the company
  • Prioritize conflicting needs; handle matters expeditiously, proactively, and follow-through on projects to successful completion
  • Assist with studio needs (i.e greeting talent, ensuring needs are met when on-site to record, being an go-to information resource, and troubleshooting as issues arise)
  • Manage assigned projects and tasks to completion in a timely manner
  • Additional responsibilities as required



  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant
  • Experience handling a high-volume calendar



  • Superior communication, written and verbal skills, with an ability to counsel top executive management
  • A passion for the podcast and digital space
  • Ability to act professionally and, many times, with discretion and confidentiality
  • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work in a team environment
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and extremely organized
  • Adherent to deadlines and follow-through
  • Digitally savvy, extremely hard-working, assertive and culturally aware
  • Thrives in an entrepreneurial environment
