FAQ

Where is this event taking place?

The event will be held at the Fashion Institute Gallery (FIG) at 1807 Ross Avenue, Suite 167, Dallas, Texas 75201.

What time should I arrive?

The official schedule is coming soon, but plan for a full day of programming starting in the morning and wrapping with a networking happy hour in the afternoon.

What should I wear?

Wear whatever makes you feel comfortable. We’ll be indoors for the day, so no need to worry about the weather.

What should I bring?

Bring your ID, a notebook, a pen, and anything you will need for a day of live conversations, brand activations, and more. Note: We won’t have onsite coat check so be prepared to keep your belongings with you at all times.

Will there be food?

Yes! We’ll have light breakfast bites, lunch, snacks, and drinks available throughout the day. We will share a full breakdown of the food available in the final event schedule.

I have food allergies. Can I bring my own food?

We always do our best to accommodate allergies and provide a variety of options to our attendees. However, if you do have any allergies and you don’t see suitable choices available on the menu, please feel free to bring your own lunch/snacks. We unfortunately will not have access to a kitchen for storage or a microwave.

Is there a refund policy?

Unfortunately, we are not able to offer refunds or ticket transfers. If you have any issues or questions, please contact us at dmirl@dearmedia.com, and we will do our best to support your needs. We cannot offer assistance with cancelation, refunds, or other fees associated with hotel accommodations, airline, or ground transportation.
