We’ve all been there. Laying in bed at 1 a.m. asking ourselves questions we already know the answers to but aren’t ready to say out loud. Did I ignore that red flag? Can people actually change? Why do I keep asking everyone for advice when I already know what I want to do?

On Khloé in Wonder Land, host Khloé Kardashian reads a stack of submitted questions with zero prep and answers them on the spot. It’s the kind of honest, slightly unhinged, deeply relatable energy you’d get if your most self-aware friend finally stopped holding back.

Here are five that hit the hardest.

Khloé Kardashian on Being “Color Blind in Love” and Ignoring Red Flags

‘Has there ever been a red flag you ignored because you were in love?’

“All of them,” Kardashian says. “I feel like I’m color blind every time I’m in love.” There’s a reason for that. Love literally rewires your brain to overlook things, which means you weren’t delulu for not seeing it. You were just emotionally invested. The flags were there, but you kept convincing yourself they weren’t that serious.

The move going forward isn’t beating yourself up about the last one. It’s picking one brutally honest friend and looping them in early. Not five people. One person who will say, “Hey…that’s weird,” before you’ve had time to talk yourself out of noticing it. Because most of the time, the issue isn’t that you didn’t see the warning signs. It’s that you gave them the benefit of the doubt until they stopped feeling like a problem.

‘What did you learn about love the hard way?’

“Love isn’t always enough,” Kardashian admits. “Don’t put all your eggs in one basket. There’s so many things that you wish you didn’t have to know, but you do.” She doesn’t pretend that knowledge doesn’t cost you something either. “I do think it’s scary to try again. I do think it’s scary to trust again and put yourself out there because you don’t know what’s going to happen next. But you do just have to have faith at some point.”

That tension between wanting to protect yourself and still being open enough to let someone in? That’s the whole game. And the real skill isn’t choosing one over the other. It’s knowing the difference between a boundary that keeps you safe and a wall that keeps you stuck. Being scared to try again isn’t weakness, but proof you went all in last time. Just don’t let the scar from the last person become the prison for the next one.

‘What’s the worst advice you’ve ever received?’

Kardashian flips this into something way more useful than one bad take. “The more people that you’re asking for advice, the more wrong advice you’re going to get,” she says. “So many of these other people are lost, too. We’re all just trying to figure it out.”

Her fix is keeping the trust list short. “Maybe have a small group of people that really know the full story of your life.” And this is the part nobody wants to hear: most of the time you already know the answer. You’re just polling the group chat hoping someone will cosign the decision you’ve already made. If you’ve asked six people and you’re still not satisfied, it’s because none of them said the thing you already know is true. Stop crowdsourcing your life decisions. Keep your advice circle to people who actually know the full picture, not people reacting to the 10 percent you shared over margaritas.

‘Do you believe people really change?’

“I do believe people change,” Kardashian reveals. “But something within themselves has to motivate them. They have to really see something in themselves that they didn’t like anymore.” She also says something that doesn’t get said enough. “A lot of the times we don’t even give people the opportunity to evolve and to grow. We have to give people more grace and patience with that.”

Both things are true at the same time. People can change and you don’t have to wait around for them to do it. Believing someone is capable of growth and choosing to stay while they figure it out are two completely different decisions. And if someone only changes when they’re about to lose you, that’s not growth. That’s panic. Watch what people do when there’s nothing on the line. That’s where the truth lives.

‘What’s your unhealthiest habit?’

“I love Dairy Queen,” Kardashian says. “I just got Uber Eats on my phone and that was a big mistake because every weekend I Uber myself Dairy Queen and I can’t stop.” Her order is a large Oreo Blizzard with extra Oreos and her ideal night is “laying in bed, watching weird TV shows, and eating Dairy Queen.”

And that’s the energy. Not everything has to be a wellness protocol. Not every Sunday needs to be optimized. Sometimes the most radical act of self-care in 2026 is letting yourself have the thing that makes you happy without earning it first. Everyone needs a “Blizzard”—whatever makes Sunday feel like Sunday. Don’t let anyone take it from you.
