Khloé Kardashian’s Latest Wellness Confessions Feel Very on the Nose

Khloé Kardashian might live a wildly different life than most people, but every once in a while, she says something so relatable you forget she’s a Kardashian at all.
During a rapid-fire “Quick Picks” game in partnership with Weight Watchers on Khloé in Wonder Land, Khloé gets honest about everything from loving control and structure to choosing homebody nights over going out (same, girl). She also opens up about her approach to wellness and why she believes balance and flexibility matter more than trying to be perfect all the time.
Whether she was talking about needing solo workouts to “lock in” or admitting she could happily stay home in comfy clothes forever, a lot of the answers felt way more normal than you would probably expect from someone who seemingly has it all.
Simplicity or variety?
Khloé admits she honestly likes a mix of both. While she describes herself as “a creature of habit” who can happily eat or do the same thing every day, she also says she still craves flexibility depending on her mood and schedule.
That’s actually what she said she appreciates about Weight Watchers—having options instead of feeling boxed into one rigid routine. “They do have either the ways of being super regimented, being a creature of habit or they have the flexibility to go in any which way you want for that week,” she says. Khloé said she likes having “a little bit of everything,” explaining that some weeks she wants more structure while other times she prefers flexibility.
And because Khloé never gatekeeps, she also explains that Weight Watchers has affordable and totally comprehensive GLP-1 care, if that’s something you’re leaning towards.
Homebody mode or social mode?
This answer came very quickly. “Homebody all the way,” Khloé says, adding that she loves “my bed, my TV, my comfy clothes.”
She admits she can have social moments here and there, but made it pretty clear that staying in will almost always win.
Workout buddy or flying solo?
For her, this one really depends on the vibe. If she’s focused on a specific goal, she prefers working out alone because it helps her fully “lock in.” But at the same time, she admits group workouts can make exercising feel more fun and help the time pass more quickly.
She likes how the Weight Watchers program encourages movement in different ways instead of forcing one specific routine. “I really do love that Weight Watchers does encourage movement,” Khloé says. “They encourage all the classes, all those good things and I love that they have their classes on demand and it keeps you going.”
Starting over or picking back up where you left off?
Instead of obsessing over perfection, Khloé says she believes in making small, realistic changes that actually feel sustainable long term. “I do believe in lifestyle changes,” Khloé explains. “I believe in making tweaks in your life that [are] sustainable.”
She uses soda as an example, saying that while cutting something out can be a great habit change, having one occasionally doesn’t suddenly erase all your progress. “But if you one day wanna have a soda, I don’t think that ruins all the progress you’ve made,” she says. “I think life is all about balance.”
Khloé tries not to focus too heavily on perfection because, in her words, “It’s unenjoyable.”
Control or flexibility?
“I love control,” Khloé says almost instantly. But as she keeps talking, she reveals that control is just her preferring structure and predictability. “It’s more not even control, I just like structure,” she explains. “I like to know what I’m getting myself into. I like predictability in my day.”
She acknowledges that life doesn’t always cooperate with perfectly planned routines—something she said can completely throw her off. “Control is hard because it then really throws you off your game if you don’t have it for that day,” Khloé admits.
That’s ultimately why flexibility still matters to her, too, especially when it comes to wellness and everyday habits. Rather than trying to follow an impossible standard all the time, Khloé says she’s learned that adapting is part of the process.
Podcast or music?
Unlike some of the other questions, this one didn’t require much thought. “Music. Hands down all day every day,” she says.
