If you thought your wellness routine is strategic, you haven’t heard of Miranda Kerr’s yet. She wakes up for a run at 5AM, winds down on a laser mat at night, and still finds the time to fit in a wellness routine throughout the day that’s equal parts discipline and joy.

Across The Art of Being Well with Dr. Will Cole and The Bossticks with Lauryn and Michael Bosstick, Miranda walked through her real morning-to-night wellness routine in detail. She talks about everything from celery juice and skincare to meditation and a few wellness tools that she’s picked up over the years. And now you get to read all about it.

In this post, we’re diving into the two episodes Miranda spent filling listeners in about her wellness routine. We’ll discuss what it looks like, what supplements she takes, what her beauty rituals are, and what you can take away for your own regimen.

Miranda Kerr’s Wellness Routine: What to Expect

The general idea of Miranda Kerr’s wellness routine is simple: wake up early, get your own wellness routine started before the kids are up, and stack small consistent rituals across the day.

She’s a mother of four, she’s still modeling, and she runs a certified organic skincare brand, Kora Organics. Knowing this, the routine is less about elaborate tools and more about carving out time. She told Lauryn and Michael that her 5AM alone time is the best thing she could ever invest in.

What follows is her actual schedule, from the 5AM alarm to the laser mat, which she tells us all about in the interviews. Here’s how Mirana approaches holistic wellness:

Her 5AM Morning Routine

On The Bossticks, Mirana said she wakes up around 5AM, gets that quiet time to herself, and starts her day off by meditating. She continued to say that while her husband is also up early, they spend their own alone time meditating in separate rooms, her in their room and him in his bathroom.

A non-negotiable part of Miranda’s morning routine is light. While talking to Dr. Will Cole, she described a recent habit she’s genuinely into: opening the blinds and doors every morning to watch the sunrise, then meditating with her 15-year-old for about 20 minutes.

She connected that routine back to circadian rhythm and morning light, adding some fascia exercises that she does with her oldest son before the rest of the kids wake up. According to Miranda, that morning stretch is one part of her wellness routine that she values most.

Supplements and Nutrition

As far as supplements go, Miranda has quietly scaled back. She told Dr. Will Cole she’s on a very simple stack right now: vitamin C, D, and magnesium, what she referred to as the fundamental stuff. She said that while it’s probably the least amount of vitamins she’s ever taken, it’s working for her.

Her reasoning ties back to gut health. She thinks that people sometimes take too much, and it ends up working against them. Same concept but different subject: Miranda’s morning drinks are a ritual in their own right. On The Bossticks, she laid out each drink she sips on first thing in the morning: lemon water, celery juice, then coffee with coconut milk and a little stevia, followed by aloe juice and then her noni juice.

If you’re new to Miranda’s wellness routine (or noni juice in general), this is what her grandmother introduced her to when she was 13, and it’s the same superfruit in every Kora Organics product.

Miranda is also super open about eating in a way that works for her body. When dealing with inflammation, she took an elimination approach, cutting back on foods that were causing her flare ups. She also mentions that this is what worked for her specific situation, and it isn’t designed to serve as the end-all-be-all for listeners thinking about their own diets.

How Miranda Kerr Starts Her Day

Skincare and Beauty Rituals

If there’s one thing Miranda is passionate about, it’s skincare, and it’s not a coincidence that she built a brand around it. Kora Organics traces back to a more difficult chapter: when she was a teenager, her mom was diagnosed with tumors on her spleen, and the family started learning how much of what we put on our skin gets absorbed. As she put it, the skin is the largest organ and what you put on it soaks in.

Naturally, this set her on a hunt for products that were genuinely certified organic. That’s also her approach to the whole clean beauty conversation. When people claim that Kora is “clean,” she argues that it’s more than that; it’s certified organic through Ecocert COSMOS, which inspects everything down to the packaging.

When it comes to Miranda’s nighttime skincare routine, it’s a long one. She uses…

  • Active algae cleansing balm to remove makeup
  • Double cleanse with a foaming cleanser
  • Occasional turmeric scrub on heavier days
  • Mist
  • Body oil mixed with moisturizer worked from neck to feet
  • Plant stem retinol alternative
  • Eye oil
  • Eye cream
  • Face oil
  • Milky mushroom mask that she keeps by the bed as an overnight sleeping mask

Of course, she’s such a fan of the noni glow body oil that she uses it on her toddler too. And then when talking to Lauryn, she shared that she’s also a devoted user of the Skinny Confidential Mouth Tape at night!

Movement and Exercise

Miranda’s approach to movement is actually refreshingly low-stress for someone this deep into wellness. Rather than a rigid gym session, she blends exercise into the day. Those morning fascia exercises with her teenager are part of it, and she leans on daily walks with the family, especially after dinner to get that evening light before everyone goes to bed.

On The Bossticks, she and Lauryn bonded over the physical practices they both swear by: facial and body massage, dry body brushing, and anything that gets circulation moving. She’s also candid that she isn’t chasing a pre-baby body on anyone’s timeline, telling Lauryn how important it is to be gentle and kind with yourself postpartum. It’s a grounded take on staying active as a busy mom.

Inside Miranda Kerr’s Wellness Routine

Spirituality and Mindset

The inner work is arguably the real backbone of Miranda’s routine. She’s been meditating since she was a teenager, practices Vedic meditation with a mantra, yoga (sometimes), and returns to a simple 20 minute meditation session in the morning (and in the afternoon when she has time).

She’s clear that even after decades, some sessions are “still noisy,” but she took her teacher’s advice that a busy mind is just a form of decompressing.

Faith and gratitude are important to Miranda, too. She talked about prioritizing Sunday as family day with church, brunch, and games. She also keeps coming back to gratitude for being able to work from home in a way her own mother never could.

In addition to this, Miranda’s a longtime reader of David Hawkins’ Power vs. Force, a book about the scale of consciousness that she said changed her life, and she ties her mindset practice to the idea that every thought or word has an effect on the body on a cellular level.

That philosophy plays a major role in her brand, with each product carrying messages like “bliss,” “hope,” and “love.”

Winding Down: Her Nighttime Routine and the Laser Mat

Miranda’s nighttime routine is where wellness meets full-on gadget territory. After the kids are down and her lengthy skincare ritual is done, she gets into what she called a two-technology wind-down.

She lies on a cell regulation mat for 20 minutes before sleep and puts a red light Weber laser mat on top of her at the same time. In plain terms, these are at-home light and energy devices she uses to relax and support recovery, and she’s candid that they’re a personal experiment: part science and part fun.

She’s also leaned heavily into sleep hygiene, generally going to bed early (sometimes embarrassingly early) so that 5AM wake-up actually works. Her husband draws the line at the neurovisor, a light device she wears over her eyes, joking that she’s taken it one step too far when she straps that on too.

What We Can Learn From Miranda Kerr’s Routine

You don’t need a laser mat to take away a handful of valuable tips from this post (or the episodes!). The real lessons in Miranda Kerr’s wellness routine are about structure. Protecting quiet time matters more than optimizing it, and small rituals genuinely add up, whether that’s a morning celery juice, a sunrise you actually watch, or a walk after dinner.

The most useful takeaway, though, is definitely her mindset toward all of it. Having spent years getting dragged online for her wellness routine, her response was simply that she’s sharing what works for her, not advice for humanity. Take what fits your life, leave the rest, and be gentle with yourself in the process.
