Look, Kylie Kelce’s Tinder Strategy Actually Worked

Kylie Kelce: The Sunday Sports Club Interview

Kylie Kelce just dropped by Dear Media’s Sunday Sports Club with Allison Kuch and delivered a masterclass in keeping it real. From hilarious first-date stories to surviving the chaos of parenting three (soon to be four!) daughters, Kylie brought her trademark humor and honesty to the mic. If you’ve ever wondered what it’s like to juggle life as the wife of NFL superstar Jason Kelce while managing her podcast, Not Gonna Lie, Kylie’s got the playbook.

Look, Kylie Kelce’s Tinder Strategy Actually Worked

The Real MVP of Team Kelce

“You settle into this comfort zone, and then you’re like, oh, we are about to shake up the box and hope everything’s intact when we get through this newborn phase,” Kylie says about her growing squad. She’s running “full zone coverage” at home, with her eldest daughter Wyatt stepping into her big sister role. “I already put Wyatt to work,” Kylie joked, “but I always tell her, ‘You don’t have to raise your sisters. You’re a kid. This was my choice.’”

Love at First Swipe (Well, Sort Of)

Kylie and Jason Kelce’s love story could be a rom-com with possibly the most fabulous Tinder pickup line in NFL history: “If I worked for UPS, would you let me handle your package?” She laughed as she recalled it, saying, “Your dad doesn’t want to listen to this episode!”

Their first date? Less than perfect. “Jason was so inebriated, he fell asleep at the table,” Kylie said. “But our conversations were great, so I gave him another chance.” When their second date was to the Mütter Museum, a collection of medical oddities, things took a quirky turn. “If he could handle jars of preserved body parts, I figured he was a keeper,” Kylie joked.

Girl Dad Excellence

As a mom of three girls, Kylie hears one question constantly: “Are you going to try for a boy?” Her answer? A resounding no. “People put so much pressure on the idea of having a boy to carry on a football legacy,” she said. “But Jason plays catch with our girls in the house all the time. We’re good.”

Kylie also opened up about her gratitude after experiencing a miscarriage before her first daughter, Wyatt. “Having experienced loss, I’m just grateful for healthy babies. I don’t need a son to feel complete.”

The Honest Truth About Motherhood

Kylie is all about cutting through the picture-perfect Instagram filters to show what motherhood is really like. “The first weeks with a newborn are survival mode,” she said. “It’s not the blissful moments you see on social media.”

She also spoke candidly about postpartum struggles and her journey to rediscover herself beyond being a mom, a concept she calls “getting my pink back.” It’s a theme central to her podcast, where she tackles everything from mom guilt to mental health. “I want the women who need to hear this to find it,” Kylie said. “The conversations we’re not having are the ones we all need.”

Finding Zen in the Driveway

Regarding “me time,” Kylie’s all about the simple pleasures. “I’ll go grab coffee by myself and then sit in the driveway for five minutes drinking it,” she confessed. “Even if it’s just sitting in a quiet car, it helps me decompress.”

As for mom guilt? She’s not immune but knows stepping away is essential. “You can’t pour from an empty cup,” Kylie said. “Stepping away makes me a better mom.” Amen to that.

With Jason navigating his post-NFL life and a fourth baby on the way, Kylie embraces the next chapter with an open mind. “We’re figuring out what our new normal looks like,” she said. “But for now, I’m focused on being real—whether that’s on my podcast or at home.”
