Redefining Our Roadblocks

Even in the best relationships, sh*t happens and we have to forgive our partners (within reason) and own our part so we can all move forward. The same is true with food, although we don’t often afford ourselves the same grace when we don’t act in our best interest. But doing this without shame or judgment is why this works. Today, Shira explains how the best way to change our habits is to understand why we haven’t been able to in the past.
