After nearly two years of candid conversations on her podcast, Let’s Be Honest, reality TV alum Kristin Cavallari is taking her unfiltered perspective on the road with the Let’s Be Honest Headline Tour, launching this week.
The nationwide tour will stop in Atlanta, Chicago, Boston and New York and feature podcast guests who have been central to some of the biggest and juiciest headlines. “I’ve somehow been roped into new rumors that I’m excited to clear up on this tour,” Kristen shares. “Even though I’ve just been over here laying low, trying not to bother anybody, I’m just doing my thing, but somehow I am now knee deep in drama that I never signed up for.”
Cavallari shares that she is also nervous: “I get nervous speaking in front of a live audience, especially when it’s thousands of people. So I will definitely have some nerves, but I am really excited. This is such a big deal for me. This is obviously something I’m gonna remember for the rest of my life.”

Another exciting twist? The podcast tour will also be capturing a forthcoming docuseries that follows Cavallari and her team, though Cavallari is quick to distinguish this from her reality TV past.
“I know I have said I would not go back to reality TV 5,000 times. This is different because this is not just a show about my personal life. I’m not dating on the show. It’s not trying to come up with drama for storylines. This is truly a docuseries in the best sense of the word where they are really just documenting this journey,” she explains.
She plans to do a recap of the tour in an episode on the podcast, but if you want the good stuff, you’ll need to come to a live show. “I’ll give you guys a little bit. I’ll give as much as possible, but of course I’m going to save all the juicy stuff for the show,” she says.
Cavallari explains that the goal of the Let’s Be Honest Headline Tour is to address a lot of the headlines over the last few years and the people behind them.
“I want to give you guys the real story about what was really going on. There will be guests who have been in the headlines with me. I also have a couple people coming out who have just experienced a lot of headlines themselves and who really understand what it is like,” she says.
Cavallari is approaching podcast tour preparation with the same discipline she brings to TV projects. The ramp up to the tour has been a time of intention and self-care. For the month of February, she has tried to stay away from drinking alcohol.
“I’ve done dry February to prepare for this because I want to look my best on the tour. Alcohol makes me cloudy and foggy in my head. I don’t like that feeling, so alcohol is the first thing to go when I want to look and feel my best,” Cavallari shares.
Her pre-tour regimen includes micro-needling and PRF treatments to revitalize her face. She also recently did a Kroma 5-Day Reset, a five-day detox of smoothies and bone broths with added protein and veggies based on your goals. “There’s different levels that you can do depending on if you want to do it to lose weight or just feel better,” Cavallari explains. “I want to maintain my muscle so I definitely need a lot of protein.”
In the last few days before the tour, Cavallari is planning to get her nails done and a hydrafacial. She is actually doing one the day before the tour: “I’ve only done them a couple times, but they just really make your skin glow. Obviously, I want to be glowing on the tour.”
Packing four different cities, six shows and seven days away from home is a lot. Cavallari is still figuring out how to pack for a podcast tour. “I’m dreading packing for this trip because Boston’s gonna be freezing. If I wasn’t filming a show, I would repeat my airport outfit every single time and call it a day: sweats and black Chanel boots. Filming adds a whole wrench in my plan because now I have to change my outfits. So I have to pack a lot more clothes than I normally would.”
Her stylist, Dani Michelle, has helped Cavallari select all her podcast show dresses. She says that she is wearing little dresses that will show off her figure: “This is a big moment for me. I just want to look good, you know? I worked too hard in the gym to cover it up with sweats. Sorry. I’m working really hard to get my body ready for this tour, and I want to show off my legs. Sue me.”
