Divorce can seem like a totally overwhelming, scary, and even embarrassing situation, but really it’s just another chapter to life. Like, let’s remember that we’re all allowed to grow, change, and learn, right? There are actually a lot of positive (as well as negative) effects of divorce. Life is full of new beginnings, and some people go with us to the next beginning and some don’t. It’s that simple.
Well, it’s not, though, right? No matter how peaceful and/or justified your divorce is, it comes with a ton of emotions. It’s okay to feel all those things! You probably have a lawyer to get you through the legal process and close friends to help with the feelings of loneliness, but it can still be super isolating when you feel like no one in your circle really understands what you’re going through. Emotionally recovering from a divorce is just HARD.
What can be really helpful is hearing from successful, talented, and beautiful women just like you who are also divorced or going through the divorce and separation process. Plus, some self-care and self-improvement is definitely helpful as you’re building the confidence to get back out there! This is where podcasts can be super helpful. So, today, we’re sharing our favorite podcasts for women going through a divorce.
Here are some totally bingeable podcasts to get you through this tough season of life:
